My last visa exempt stamp was dated on 1 July and my new visa exempt stamp is dated on 15 July. Shouldn't this have been 16 July ?

If so, can I show up at the border on 16 July without getting a fine for overstaying ?

15th July is correct 15 days.

Show up on 16th and you will be on overstay. :(

If you arrived 1 July that would be day one of 15. So you would have to leave before the end of 15th.
