I don't know if their fees are the same to all countries, but I know they are way overpriced. You can check them out here: http://www.westernunion.com/index_consumer.asp?country=TH&origination=global. I think a Swift wire bank transfer may be cheaper and a better exchange rate, if both parties have a bank account. If not you may be stuck with a rather high fee.
