I'm asking purely to cover off a possible employment opportunity which would require me to work in Cambodia for 1 year. If this happens, my Thai partner would prefer to move from our rather remote house near Ao Nang, to a more secure condo in Krabi Town, where she attends university.

Are there any condo projects that we can drive to and check out? She would only need a 1-bedroom condo, with car parking.

yes sorry bout that the owner just gave me the brochure two days ago if you are heading to krabi from ao nang when you come to the traffic lights junction where you would turn left for airport and macro you want to turn right and they should be somewhere there on the right witin 100 meters,not been to look myself yet so do not know if they are fully finished ,look nice on the brochure but hey alot things look nice in pictures,

i will probably see them monday or tuesday no intention of buying just like to see condos not really for me i can live in a block off flats in england,prefer land and house ,i believe they are priced at 890,000 not a bad price i think ,but tthen not brilliant location..

I drove past the site yesterday and the construction on the condo block hasn't started yet, although there are a few bungalows down there that could be phase 1 of the project. There is a big billboard up with 3D graphics and prices.
