Scooter Sidecar Modification

Hi, I live in Chiang Mai and own a Yamaha,Stallion with a custom built sidecar that can seat two people. I have friends who tell me that there is a shop that modifies the side car so that it can be driven from the side car instead of being seated on the scooter. This modification,from the description they give me,appears to transfer the steering,brake and throttle handles to a lower center of gravity point in the side car. Does anyone know where in Chiang Mai this shop is located so I can get a modification like the above?
