World Cup Celebrations End in Severe Motorbike Accident

PATTAYA: -- Two people have been severely injured on Monday morning after a motorbike collided with a pedestrian along Pattaya’s 2nd Road. At present intoxication of the motorbike rider is thought to have contributed significantly to the accident.

Arriving at the scene rescue officers were confronted with the semi-conscious body of Mr. Kevin Claude [22] a French national, while another injured victim, Mr. Norikor Lgor [41] a Russian national, was being aided by a friend. A third victim involved in the accident, Miss Kaewta was remarkably unscathed in the incident and was being assisted by a crowd of onlookers who had gathered at the scene.

Looking at the "Lady" in the picture the young French for sure was pissed out of his mind. Thats the unwritten law in Pattaya, you have to be pissed after 12pm if you drive. At least thats my impression.

sad to see anyone hurt in an accident, but intoxication and scooters don't mix !

A significant section of bike riders are an accident wating to happen and have no respect for others on the road or pedestrians ... if he was drunk and driving like a fool, both of which we dont know
