Gm/Resort Manager

We will be opening a 5 star boutique resort like establishment catering to high end clients in October on Koh Chang. and are recruiting for staff who want to help us make this place the best of its kind in the world.

We are looking for a GM who can take our resort to the highest levels.

Are you innovative, well trained in western boutique hotel management and want the freedom to create something really special? You need to have a meticulous eye for style and detail and be able to train and motivate your team (mainly thai support staff) to bring them up to a level that would put the Ritz to shame!

You don't have to have been a GM to get this position but you do have to have the ability to step into those shoes.
