Rathband, who was so cruelly blinded recently, in Northumbria UK by the maniac Moat. Mr. Rathband, despite being permanently blinded in both eyes and other severe facial injuries, has said that he is determined to return to duty. It is that kind of courage, determination and sheer guts which once made Britain truly great and is so sadly rare today but so entirely deserving of our support. Donations may be sent to: P.C.
