K1 After Medical Exam Question

Does anyone know how long does it usually take for the US Embassy to send out an interview appointment notification after the K1 medical exam and interview fee has been paid? Also, when the interview notification is received is the interview itself usually arranged a few days (or weeks) later? Thanks.

everything should move; quickly now.; of course it all depends on the case load that they have at the time in our case, if I remember; correctly, my ;finance ( wife now) ;received ;the ;package requesting the ;additional ;documentation ;send to the embassy, we ;send them ;what they requested and about 2 weeks later we received an interview appointment , , my finance went to BKK and stayed at a hotel , she had her medical exam , and 2 days later she had her interview.

the whole process from receipt of the application in BKK to interview was less than 3 months.
