Overstay Non Imig O Visa 2 Days?

My non imigrant O visa runs out, and my flight out is 2 days later, because I remembered wrong date when I booked.

What is best to do, go to Immigration Office and pay and make fuss on the day ONE, or just leave early early in day 2, as my schedule?

PLease post me serious advices (bs is fun too yada) asap ..

Personally I would go to Immigration and get a 7 day extension (1,900 Baht) and have peace of mind.

If paying an overstay at the airport it will cost 1,000 Baht.

just go to the Airport as planned, you will have to pay the overstay of 1000baht. Do not get caught by the Coppers during the two days when it has expired.

Yes, it is always best to stay legal. You don't have to wait till the last day of your curent permission to stay, you can do it tomorrow. But bring along the ticket as proof that you will leave when you apply for an extension.

I believe the 7 days will start from day of application as it is not an official extension of stay but only a review period to determine if an extension is allowed (and it will not be). I would plan to go 2 to 4 days before current permitted to stay expires. Even doing that he may be told to just pay overstay on departure as Immigration police would not arrest him for two days. But I also would try to keep it entirely legal

the visa expired Sunday 18, (yesterday)

My ticket is Thuesday morning 7 oclock.

Im not going anywhere today, if not to immigration.

My tickets is electronic only, I can print them yes..
