I wonder if you could give me some advice:

I am working on the Settlement application and at the the of writing, I do not have a job. I am a fulltime Student. However, I have a job starting in October. Should I write in the employer details , salary etc with a note saying when the job starts and link it to a copy of the offer in the supoorting docs or state that I am currently unemployed?

Thank you

I would suggest that you put down that you are currently unemployed but in the additional information section add your proposed new job details.

Although your nic is a big clue, I wonder how many of those views didn't answer as you hadn't said what country you are asking about!

I've amended the topic title to include 'UK' on the assumption that it is. If not, please say which country you are asking about and I'll amend it again.

I would suggest that you put down that you are currently unemployed but in the additional information section add your proposed new job details.

In addition to Stament's excellent advice, you should also show how you will be supporting yourselves until you do start work and receive your first salary payment.
