Thai Language School

Featured Replies

I really should have put this in my other thread and combined it, but I forgot to ask this aswell. Is there any reputable thai language schools around pattaya. I feel it would endear me more to thai's, which would be good, as I feel a bit of a <deleted> by the 30th time ive said "suwadeekap" and "kopunkap" without knowing any other words,

How are you?

and

You are extremely beautiful

if anyone can translate that to thai I would be greatful

any ideas on the language school as thats the main one?

cheers

I researched this recently. There are a few heavily advertised ones up near Carrefour, and various smaller ones dotted around the place. Consider Easy ABC Language School on the baht bus route between Pattaya and Jomtien.

AUA (officially AUA "Burapha" Language School) - corner of 2nd and North. One of the few schools that has a "classroom" based Thai learning. Classroom based relieves a large amount of pressure from learners by having other working through the same exercises at the same time. In private tutoring, if you get flustered, there is no one who can step up and give you a rest. In classroom setting, you get that opportunity.

STRONGLY suggest their program.
