Helloeveryone,

I'mplanning to visit Thailand in September andwant to stay there about a year.

Sonow I'm looking to place to stay and rent some property.

I'dlike to get your advice on best places to stay. It have to be near the ocean, quietplace with nice nature.

Goodinternet connection it's also important. And I think place without too manytourist, but in other hand I have to speak English at start so it's shouldn't besome village in the middle of nowhere J

You need to do some research on Thailand to find out the area in which you would prefer to live.

As it stands, saying that you want good internet, not many tourists and somewhere English is spoken is a bit contradictory.... You'll probably only get good internet access and Thais speaking English in tourist areas....

I have a horrible neighbour I would like to see move out. You could live next to me if you like. The condo is cheap but it's on the 13th floor and the lift never works. But it's cheap and your fitness will improve.

Stamm - I have been to TH 9 times. Jomtien, very close to Pattaya is nice, and Pattaya really is not as bad as they make out. I've never been to Hua Hin but I've heard good things, but it's quiet and more Thais than Pattaya. Phuket is a whole island, it has many different areas.

I'm planning on coming over for about 6 months very soon, I plan to hang in Jomtien for awhile if I can get a good place. Then I want to check out also Chang Mai. - Sun
