Jesus 2 here. And, many of my friends. Save the frogs is just totally clueless--especially with his utterly ridiculous statement that 92% of the women in Pattaya are bargirls. Guess he missed all the women working in the thousands of retail establishments, in all the hotels and tourist businesses, in the hundreds and hundreds of restaurants, in the 4 or 5 large hospitals Pattaya has, plus its numerous optical stores, pharmacies, general and dental clinics, etc., etc. Yet another one who visited Pattaya and, from his laughable comments, never left Walking Street. -

I agree 100%... They want more money in the economy.. but they are "shortsighted", like with the 300 B rapid but unpopular tax on arrival.. they never think twice or for the long term ! If we would have to pay tax or report all assessable income, we would still not have right to free medical care, to single (not double unfair pricing) , to buy a land and a house in full legality without having to risk problems or losing a lot of money with thai nominees if they really want it, and don't forget the rich political powerful men with the 25 "borrowed" watches Rolex, Cartier, etc worth billions Baht, they never pay taxes those people.. and all their friends without telling any names, the same injustice.. ppl will know.. That would be more than unfair to tax ppl only if they stay over 180 days in Thailand 🇹🇭 ! -

Thank you for posting that. I had not realised just how bad it had got in the US political scene till I watched that. It was one of those VDOs that is so bad that one wants to switch it off, but just has to watch it despite all, as it's a car crash happening in slow mo. Psychologically fascinating. -

"Trump is a convicted rapist " Nonsense. There is no conviction. In a civil case, Trump was found “liable” for sexual assault. Based on an event near 30 years ago that most likely amounted to nothing more than if two middle aged adults consensually “hooked up” in the storage closet at an office Christmas party. The female plaintiff, who can’t even remember what year it happened is aggrieved because Trump called her a liar. A lifelong Democrat with an axe to grind. A nasty woman who used Trumps’ notoriety to aggrandize and enrich herself in the aftermath of the “me-too” movement. An environment similar to the Salem Witch trials. The biased jury selected from the voting pool of Manhattan where Trump polls at 6 percent. He said she said and he had no chance. But if all the same evidence had been presented and the defendant was any other American citizen, even the “so-called Judge” who presided would never have let this case proceed. A political takedown. Do you remember the name, or even the face of the girl you CONSENSUALLY snogged and dry humped at a College party 40 years ago. Of course you don’t. A nothing burger that became a judicial travesty. If these monsters can come for Trump, you could be next. -

Heavy duty speaker stands in Thailand? Where to buy them or get them custom made?
A little update. In the past I bought aluminium profiles from a company in Bangkok. I contacted them again and asked them if they can produce custom made plates with holes. They confirmed they do that with up to 10mm thick aluminium plates. So now I have to make some drawings and then I can order my custom-made plates to get exactly what I want. They manufacture mostly profiles like these which can be used for lots of things.
