Non Resident Status Live Thailand Bought Stocks In Ireland?

i had a 3 forms to fill out from stockbroker in dublin regarding my non resident status,1 form asks for my thai tax number and wants the thai revenue to stamp and sign it, i have stocks in dublin, i have lived in thailand 5 years . i sold buisness back home due to ill health and came to thailand i am 49 but to sick to work and live on my savings from back home,, and never worked in thailand, i have no ties to ireland and have a non resident bank acount in dublin. question, where do i stand with this form?? should i take it to tax office here or is it important, it is for deduction of dwt, paul

If you are asking about your tax status back in Ireland, this is not exactly to right place to inquire. If you reside in Thailand for more than 180 days in a tax (calendar) year then you are liable for Thai Personal Income Tax on your assessable income which may include foreign sourced income if brought into Thailand during the year earned.
