    The venues they show in Ratchaburi Province have been closed by police.

    Believe so but not sure.

    By the look of those places, they're not actually in Ratchaburi- but Photoram- about 20 km up the road from Rat city.

    Yes on the riverside there. Photoram is in Ratchaburi province of course :)
