Hi All,

Am in the process of filling out settlement forms and could do with a bit of help please, A bit of history, Have been living with my Thai partner in Thailand since December 2007 with short trips back to the UK to renew my imm o visa, we have a daughter of 16 months who has a Thai and British passports, we recently married so we are applying as spouse, My last trip back to the UK was April this year for one month when i renewed my visa and passport old one was full, i applied for and got a job starting later this year, My first Question is about my passport, I have copied every page from my old passport is it OK to clip them all together and Certify the first page or do i have to Certify every page and with my new passport do i have to copy even the blank pages(jumbo size passport) lot of blanks? And should i highlight the entry and exsit stamps or just leave it for them to sort through??

Settlement form, Income and Expenditure Q 5.10( Total monthly income from all sources of employment) is it ok to put none or leave blank as she does not work?

Q 5.11 (do you receive income from any other sources including friends or family) would she put yes from me as i support her and if so would it be ok to put refer to spouse husbands bank statments or do you have to enter a amount?

Q 8.4.13 (Have you or your sponsor ever been married or in a long term marriage like relationship before) She lived with her partner before for 8 years,(not married) Does she put his full name and does she have to give every address she lived as she lived in many and can not remember them all is it ok to just give the provence eg Sa kaeo?

Many thanks for any help.

Yes, clip/staple all the pages together, but you do have to sign every page to certify them (you do that yourself). You only need to copy and certify the pages of your new passport that contain information relevant to Thailand.

Yes, I would just put none.

Yes, supported by husband. I personally didn't put anything in the amount on my wife's application as we were also living together in Thailand and had no problems from that.

I would just put lived together in an eight year relationship with ********** in Sa Kaeo. That's the sort of reply I put for my wife and again no queries from the Embassy.

Hi, Can somebody Help me move this to the right forum please VISA & IMMIGRATION FORUM????

Yes I'm sure people will but have a little patience. It's not an on-demand service despite what you might think. In the meantime you could do a bit of research yourself by searching old threads.
