July 31, 201015 yr Women all have a favorite song they love to belt out in the car or the shower (or while cleaning house--my personal time for singing along to a song). Women, what is your favorite "woman song"? Here's one to start it off http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Db7cc8YRWxU
July 31, 201015 yr This made me smile. "Le plus beau du quartier"- Carla Bruni I can't sing it all, but I will hum it, sing the refrain, and whistle. A lovely "woman song"!

August 2, 201015 yr I think my favorite song of all time. "That I Would Be Good" by Alanis Morissette Hope you enjoy! WaatWang http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RUaC1nH6Y4U&feature=related Edited August 2, 201015 yr by WaatWang
August 2, 201015 yr There is a Martha Wainwright song called you Bloody Mother****ing asshol_e. That's a great one for belting out, especially when your feeling a little resentful towards the opposite sex. Other than that, anything by the Pretenders...usually accompanies my weekend cleaning!
August 3, 201015 yr I'll have to think about this one. Different days, different moods, different songs. But, I have an Italian friend who is rather shy and reserved. Until the night he did his Mick Jagger impersonation, with pouty lips etc. When asked how he perfected Mick so well, his reply was "when I do the vacuuming".

I went to a Pretenders concert about 8 months ago, it was great, but they did not play Middle of the Road! I thought they were saving it for the encore, I was wrong. Good show tho.
August 4, 201015 yr That reminds of going to an REM concert a couple of years ago. They only played songs from their new album, which I had never heard. And the finale was Happy Smiley People - to which the crowd actually danced. Bit of a waste of time. I was home in bed by midnight.
August 6, 201015 yr Ah, where would us poor sods be if not for the fair sex? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLV4BBmjnzM&feature=related (Much, much wealthier.)
August 6, 201015 yr I have visions of sbk belting out this song whilst driving (with windows rolled down) in heavy traffic. Better she be driving or that whip might be uncontrollable. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjdw9krFJcI&feature=related
August 13, 201015 yr Love it!! And if she is driving and whipless i shall carry the so called whip. Careful, Patsy . . . . the evil whip controls the bearer of it, not the other way around.
August 13, 201015 yr I had the honour and pleasure of seeing one hel_l-a-va bluesy woman, Koko Talyor, belt it out live in a small Irish pub far on the southside of Chicago many, many moons ago. The lil' ones can sing it tough, too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfg0MPF1BwA&feature=related
