Featured Replies

Does any one know where i can buy a DVD RECORDER not just a player in or around Pattaya.

I brought my VHS recorder over but i can not get it to work. :annoyed:

i saw a few LG models for sale in the offers section of carrefour also in tesco lotus Pattaya Nua

I brought one out from the UK a Lite-On,thinking of my stay here,if I go soon I'll give it to you

I have a brand new one, still in box, that I got as a gift and never used. You can PM me if you're interested.

To be clear, it records to DVDs from a video imput source. Machine is from US, however, and requires a step-down converter to plug into.

Two and a half years ago I bought a splendid Panasonic DVD recorder/player with 160GB hard drive from Numchai on Sukhumvit Road. It wasn't cheap (B.18K) but it is a brilliant piece of equipment. Go to the top of Central Road, turn left towards Bangkok and you will see Numchai after about 300 meters on the right.

Are these brand models (LG, Panasonic) region / code free?

When I was looking for a player I was looking at a nice LG one but it was region locked so I went for a Chinese all region one instead.

It is easy to unlock any DVD player.Go to DVD unlock codes on the net and follow instructions
