G'day,

Has anyone been able to get their VAT refunded while on a non-O?

I read on the web that you cannot be in Thailand for more than 180 days in a calendar year if you want to claim your VAT back, but on the form P.P. 10 itself, it wasn't listed as a requirement. I will be past that already by the time I travel, but I will be exactly 60 days from the date of purchase. The latter is of doubt since the wording is "within 60 days".

thanks

Matt
