Who is this "Guest" swearing in the Shoutbox on the Forum Portal page?

Not a good image for ThaiVisa.

BTW, I've posted this question here in Bedlam rather than Forum Support so the under-500 posters and guests cannot see the topic... just in case it gives other idiots similar ideas.

/Edit- I've just logged out of TV and shouted in the shoutbox as a guest... I guess anyone visiting TV's Portal can shout anything... including profanities.

Maybe one of the Admin can do something about it?
