August 5, 201015 yr Hello, thought i would have a go at placing a message to see what responds is out there for someone that is looking for a long term house to rent. the property is only 2 yrs old, and is very roomy has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an outside undercover Thai kitchen. only looking for a modest rent, but more important for me is to have a honest and clean living tenants that can look after it. located in the boonies as people like to say here, it is about 50k from of Uthai Thani, or 20k from Nong Chang, heading towards Ban Rai. the town ship is called Huai Knot, not much happens out there very quite, just farming area really. there is a few shops a bout 2 km in either direction, with a food night market 3 or 4 times a week. there are houses (Thai style) all around the area, and people in the area are very pleasant and look out for each other. if anyone is interested further just message me here. thanks Chris

I'm glad I'm not most people; I know where all those villages are. It's actually the quickest way for me to get back to BKK.... None the less, a good luck to chris on his rental.
