Maybe Thailand should consider banning YouTube, I see these idiots every day on my morning walk watching some Thai soapy while riding their motor bikes. When they walk they are so absorbed by the same type of programs that they walk straight into others. My wifes grand son was a really good student and well behaved. Genuine love relationships, on the other hand, are entirely different. In this case, we give, serve, or do something just because we love the other person. In these relationships, there is no transaction taking place. -

They understand that reforming the law is the beginning of the end of their monopoly on power and wealth. It has nothing to do with the Monarchy as such. If they can close the circle between Monarchy, armee and elites, it's a win-win-win, they will always help each other. MVP is a treath to that circle and monopoly on wealth, so they need to get rid of it, and they did. The Monarchy (still) has respect from large numbers, and this is being misused by keeping the circle closed. It can only be opened by the power of large numbers, but these large numbers are poorly educated, unorganized and lack the means. -

Introduction to Personal Income Tax in Thailand
I am slowly starting to read, it's riveting but it'll take time before I conclude. In the meantime, I revisited the "misleading" statement made by tax advisors and agree it is just that, misleading. However, it is not untruthful, it's just ambiguous and lacking clarity. Financial activity including deposits and with drawls, are reported to the TRD, it's just that they appear to be reported in total rather than in detail, ditto transactions that are reported to the TRD. That said, I started to wonder about the frequency of this reporting and what exactly the likes of TRD would do with the information. I like to think if I was TRD and I received those reports/that data monthly, I might write my own program to match accounts numbers and examine the difference in balances between accounts each month ,which would let me see monthly activity in some detail. Even if it was quarterly, it would still be possible to see fairly detailed events. This of course is all supposition and guess work but I wouldn't dismiss out of hand, how much fairly detailed information a Revenue Department from any country will be able to obtain as a result of CRS. -

My point is why they go into the trade in the first place, and unemployment isn't a good argument. The other reasons are a lot harsher and most involve mental illnesses of both sides. -

Mystery Enshrouds the Death of Indian Man in Pathum Thani
An Indian man, Mr. Tarun Jain, 39, was found dead at a shop in Pathum Thani, Thailand, after disappearing following an argument with his Thai partner. This incident has sparked a puzzling investigation. Tarun Jain, an electrical wiring business owner from India, had been renting a flat in Pathum Thani for over a year, and he frequently stayed there during his visits to Thailand. He arrived in Thailand on August 12th, and two days later, he phoned his wife to inform her of a heated dispute with his business partner. After that, he vanished, and his wife lost contact with him. His distressed wife flew to Thailand and, unable to locate her husband, reported his disappearance to the local police. The mystery deepened when the apartment building manager discovered Jain's body on August 20th. He had fallen through the roof of the shop in front of the apartment building. Pol. Lt. Gen. Anusorn Wiangsima, deputy inspector at Khlong Luang police station, promptly arrived at the scene with crime scene officers, a doctor from Thammasat University Hospital, and Ruam Katanyu Foundation rescuers. They discovered no sign of struggle in Jain's third-floor flat but did find disturbing evidence on the building's rooftop, which the police collected, reported Thai Newsroom. Adding to the mystery is the fact that approximately 300,000 baht, in both US dollars and Thai currency, is missing. Jain's mobile phone was found on him, and police are now scrutinising surveillance camera footage from his apartment to identify anyone who may have entered his flat from the day of his arrival until his death. The body has been sent for an autopsy at Thammasat University Hospital, and police are continuing their investigations. The sudden death of Tarun Jain raises numerous questions and is shrouded in mystery, leaving authorities to unravel what truly transpired. Yes, there are quite a few people worldwide that think the trade is okay. A lot of People believed in Hitler, Stalin, Kim, Pol Pot and Donald Trump also. I'm hardly pushing religion on anyone. You obviously are only a participant in the trade without knowing the dark side and what the life of these people really is. So much the sadder. -
