I-Phone And Skype

Featured Replies

The gf has an i-phone and wants to chat to me using skype and the data connection rather than wi-fi.

From personal experience - can anyone recommend the best/fastest/most reliable etc mobile phone data contract out there?

Many thanks

for chat it maybe ok, but not voice. I have try with Edge and the voice just not work at all in most cases although it has worked a few times. wifi works fine . I have the new iphone 4 and I use skype at the few free wifi spots around town.

What network are you on?

She's used Skype via data in the UK (3g) and her friend said it was better call quality than using wifi! :o

At the moment seems to be True 3G, limited coverage like everyone else but seems to be the most popular at the moment.

Thanks.

She's going back to BKK in a couple of weeks.
