August 20, 201015 yr a Sister of a Thai not living in Thailand has found a buyer for a condo owned by the expat Thai. an email has been receieved Form 21, to sign power of attorney to sister in Thailand and they want Notary proof that the owner, seller does not live in Thailand. The overseas Thai is saying she wants to them to say she is living in Thailand in the South with another sister and she wants to sign the transfer papers, to save getting form 21 translated and notarised over seas. I think that will not work because proof the owner wants to sell, by signing in person in Thailand or by overseas notary must be to protect the owner? Is doing the form 21 power of attorney, and passport proof the owner is out of Thailand and agrees to the sale the only way? Does the lands office accept a FAX, instead of mailing?20100819102441488.pdf20100819102456653.pdf
