Circular Strength Training Seminar Singapore Dec 2010

Featured Replies

Hello,

This is to inform of a Circular Strength Training certification seminar taking place in Singapore in the first week of December this year. This time it is a faculty Head Coach who will be presenting, Coach Ryan Hurst (http://en.cstjapan.com/) who has been living and teaching CST in Japan for some time now, in addition Head Coach Jarlo Ilano (http://trueaimfitness.com/) will be assisting. Their combined experience is enormous and both are long-term Martial Artists.

The seminar will take place from 3rd to 6th of December and cost $900 Singapore dollars (I think there may be a slight fee to apply for certification as an instructor, however). The amazing thing is there will be a bonus three days of training given for free. This is truly for free as there was an intention to hold a different seminar in Vietnam which has been relocated to Singapore for no extra cost.

There will be a fourth day which is an introduction to the Martial Arts style of CST called "Flowfighting" which builds from all the movement and training components taught in the seminar.

The other two days will be a TACFIT "Field Instructor" certification seminar. TACFIT is an incredible fitness system which is designed specifically for tactical fitness including martial arts and conditioning for fighting. It is very condensed and amazing results are obtained with only 20 minute training sessions, with about 5-10 minutes to warm-up/prime and cool-down/compensate.

If anyone is interested I guarantee anyone who attends this course will gain valuable new insights and skills to add to their training toolbox.

I can help anyone prepare for certification (for a small fee and to cover transport accommodation - or online) so they will pass and receive an instructor certificate on attending, there are also online packages that teach the same preperation put out by Coach Hurst himself.

Clubbells will be necessary for the course. They will be able to be ordered to be available at the seminar, however if anyone decides to go and would like to get them ahead of time there is a distributor in China that I am on familiar terms with that I can order from so there will be time to practice before the seminar to ensure certification.

Whether one considers this for a business or for ones own personal growth and experience there will be benefit to the beginning and advanced fitness athlete alike.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration in reading this post. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or an expression of interest.

All the best.
