Does he need to be beachside ?? If so 'the club'.. If not PM me for a fellas email who can set up an apartment in Kamala hills condos.. Nice 3 bed apartments, 3 pools (one long / lap pool), well furnished, security, gardens, etc.. Nice places IMO.

Depends what he feels is 'reasonable' tho...
