Can I Apply For Visa In Brisbane?

Can someone tell me if the Thai Embassy in Brisbane deals with visa applications? Or is there somewhere else in Australia that I need to send the application to?

I am looking to apply for a multiple entry visa for Thailand on my return home in Australia- Non-Immigrant B - and have seen that there is an embassy in Brisbane. As I am currently travelling I am unable to send my passport off in case they take too long to process and return everything. Brisbane will be my nearest embassy so I am hoping they are able to process applications and issue visa's there.
