I need help from anyone who has had to get a second Thai Police Clearance Certificate. My Thai husband and I are living and working in Mongolia. He applied for a Thai Police Certificate from here in Ulaanbaatar in May. The Certificate was issued April 2010 but it didn't arrive in Mongolia by post until June!! This is because the Police Bureau Patumwan said I had not enclose enough international postage but they failed to answer any of my emails asking them where the certificate for my husband was.

Now the date for his certificate is outdated for Canadian Immigration.

Question:? Does he need to send in a whole new set of fingerprints and an application form+photocopies to get a new certificate or can he just order and pay for a new one??

HELP!!!
