Can anyone advise on name and location of factory authorized service for Panasonic Microwave in C. R.

We haven't had many issues but when something has gone amiss, we have gone back the retail outlet we purchased from. More than likely Sinthanee, in our case.

From the plethora of replies I would guess any factory authorized service would be in Bangkok and not in CR. I'm sure any number of people would be willing to have a go at it, however.

I finally got connected to the correct Panasonic and yes it does go back to BKK as no one else is authorized to repair.
