Bilko
I will be able to buy a 29 inch TV anywhere, but what about 34" Sony tv's etc.... I am not sure if Big C and Lotus do these size of TV, I am not really interested in a Projection TV, just a CRTV. ( normal tv set ) Is there a Sony shop in Udon Thani, or any specialist shops? Thanks guys.

Wee Jimmy
Does the Tesco in Udon not have any? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Try Udon. Upstairs in Robinsons, the big electrical shop on the top floor beside Tops.

Looks like I will be having a trip to Udon then in a few weeks. I am overseas now, that's why I am asking local guys that may be going to the Shops in these places and give me some pointers. Thanks for the tips lads.

Cheers Lads.
TokyoT
I know Udon has a Sony shop (but can’t remember the location – I’ll ask the wife this weekend) – bought the in-laws a new Sony last year – can’t remember if it was 29 or 34. The shop has the whole range – as once the sales staff saw me walk thru the door they took me right back to the huge flat screen jobs.

CRT TV is probably the best Picture and has proven technology having had over 50 years of existence. About 39,000 Baht in Bangkok. Cheers.

The store name is Udon Sangsatip (sp), and she will check with the family back in Udon to get more info on the address. Yea the set I bought was a CRT model with the flat glass screen - bloody heavy.
