Tampratoon Ride On Sept 11

Featured Replies

We're riding this Sept 11 in Tampratoon, Chonburi. We'll take a big loop then continue to small loop which takes around 4 hours to finish it.

:whistling:

Can you tell use a bit more about this ride. Road bikes? MTBs? On road? Off road? Distance? Experienced riders or family fun day? etc etc

this is trail mountain biking in Tam Pra Toon, Chonburi. Most of the trails are technical with rocks, rots, easy downhill. Good for experienced riders.

Thank you for that description. Unfortunately, of no interest to me.

It would be helpful in future if people posting rides on this site could accurately describe the type of ride. Otherwise the information is of little value. Thank you.

filguy,

How was your ride at Tampratoon?

it was great. we took the big loop and continue the small loop.

Just wondering if the trails are overgrown from all the rain like all my local trails are. Amazing how fast grass grows around here!

yeah. there are lot of tall grasses. i have to wear long sleeves. the trail is quite good during rainy days. its not slippery.

Do you have a link to the location pls. I am sure it was on here before but cannot find.

Everything I have found through google was in Thai so a link or directions would be appreciated. I believe it is somewhere east of Jomtien / Na Jomtien ?

Thanks

I still have not gone there so can't comment on the place.

Thanks for that, have driven up and down that road and never spotted the place. Will give it a try over the next few weeks.
