Having seen your post, a lot of questions come to mind. On the information you have given, I'm wondering why a fiancee application was refused ? You have given reasons for the refusal but I would have thought that they would be reasonably easy to overcome them. If you post the refusal notice/reasons for refusal then I'm sure you will get more positive advice here.

One major problem you now have is that, having recently been refused a fiancee visa ( possibly leading to settlement ), your girlfriend now has to convince the visa officer that she only wants to visit the UK and will return to Thailand after that visit.

There are several options for you, but I would be interested to see the refusal notice.

If our office can assist further, then please contact us through our website. We are based in Jomtien (Pattaya ).
