Hi

My daughter,a UK National has a return ticket from London to BKK but the return flight is 32 days later which is over the 30 day limit.

However as soon as she gets to BKK she is flying Air Asia to Malasia on to Phnom Penh then back to BKK 2 weeks later.

So her first visit to Thailand is 2 hours then she visits again for 2 weeks.

Will this be OK or will she need a visa

As long as she has a flight ticket leaving Thailand within 30 days of arrival she will be ok.

She does not need a visa for Thailand, as each time she enters Thailand she will leave within 30 days and has a ticket to proof that.
