Fatal Pattaya Baht-Bus Accident Caused By Drunk Canadian

Would a physical center divider on Naklua Rd, such as that found on North Pattaya Rd, even if it were only set up in the vicinity of where Naklua Rd meets the roundabout, possibly act to prevent a driver from entering the roundabout in the wrong direction at a high rate of speed?

Possibly a speed bump across all lanes of Naklua Rd, where it meets the Dolphin Roundabout, would prevent vehicles from entering the roundabout at excessive speed from Naklua Rd.

The vast majority of the vehicles that use this roundabout are traveling at a logically slow speed, weather they are entering or exiting the roundabout, and would not be hindered or inconvenienced by speed-bumps at most of the points where the roads intersect the roundabout. I don't think speed-bumps would have an adverse effect on the traffic flow through the roundabout, as most of the vehicles are already going at 'speed-bump speed'.
