You need to contact your embassy or have a look on their website.

To get married you need a letter from your embassy that confirms that you are currently not married and there are no objections to you getting married. Each embassy sets its own requirements to issuing this letter.

When you have this letter, you need to have it translated into Thai and take the translation and original to the Thai foreign office, consular section in Bangkok. They certify the embassy letter and translation.

This you take to any ampur, where you can get married. When you get married you need to also ask for a copy of the entry into the wedding register, (khor rhor 2 form).

You will need this if you want an extension of stay based on marriage form immigration.

Good luck with your marriage.
