Marriage is between two persons of the opposite sex, ie. one male and one female.

If two persons of the same sex wish to live together nothing is stopping them they are just not legally recognised, They can still make a will, own property together etc.

Don't forget that in Thailand the non-legal traditional wedding ceremony between people of the same sex is no problem at all.

Most things that are meaningless are "no problem at all" in Thailand!

Not legally recognised in some countries, to be correct.
