You can buy gift card for itune app store, they sell them a lot of places, i use it that way.

I buy in Phuket but a lot of shops here have them, even the small stalls in Tesco have them here, i think from 300B up

You need a US address, just put something in, it ask for zip code i just put something in and if its wrong it will tell you the right one, easy and quick, just ask my gf she have everything from itune store now
