Is it possible for users to request to be EXCLUDED from the reputation feature functionality?

If so, I would like my powers to both GIVE and GET both GREENS and YELLOWS disabled, paired with resetting my reputation counter to NIL, as a PERMANENT action.

By permanent, I mean I would be forfeiting the option of ever turning ON the feature again.

Can support do that for me?

This is not a flippant request. I seriously want this to be done if it is technically possible. Perhaps there are technical issues/time issues with doing this now. If so, please leave this request open in case it becomes possible later.

Yes, I also know they are bread and butter for you folks.

Selling sexual stimulus info and items are a huge biz but there are also numerous ways to engage in such biz.

Thaivisa should really not allowed such ad to appear as leading banner regardless how much they tempt you.

This feature needs to be an option, which can be turned on or off at the user's discretion.

The amount of 'children' using (& abusing) this feature totally detracts from what Thaivisa used to be.

Shall it be quantity or quality? Which lasts the longest?

I think the switch off option, if it is ever offered, and I hope it is (better yet kill the entire green/red thing entirely), I think the decision to turn it off needs to be PERMANENT and IRREVERSIBLE. If not, people who are playing the red/green game may deem those who turn it on and off at will as having an "unfair" advantage in the game. Think about it.

Currently the reputation system is not configurable by user name/ID. If more options will be available in a future version of the forum software we will look into that.

There hasn't been a poll on that. How do you know? The poll I did was about the desire to turn off the at the user level only, whether you would use it yourself to turn off the feature for yourself ONLY. Not a poll yet about whether to trash the feature for everyone, or not, or is there? I don't think so.

Just the impression I get, I wasn't looking for a poll or anything to make it official.

Most people seem either not bothered in the slightest, ignore it altogether, or find it a bit of harmless fun and are happy to let it stay. There are only 3 or 4 members that I've noticed being vocal in their dislike of this fairly insignificant forum feature.

BTW, there is a strategy for this red mark game. For example, there are now some users heavily in the red. If you are in the contest to be the 1000 red mark SATAN member, you will want to use your GREENS to cut down their reds and bring those challengers closer or into the green zone. Fun game huh?

That is an entirely different question than do you want the rep feature nixed for the forum as a whole. Please be clear, one thing is not the same as the other.
