According to the Royal Thai Consulate in New York City's website (http://www.thaiconsu...glish/vfees.php ), the Tourist Visa fees have been waived by the Thai Government until March 31, 2011. That is always subject to change without notice and there are rumors that it may be further extended in an effort to promote tourism in the Kingdom.
