If you have all the correct docs (how much are the docs acutally) etc how much does it cost to be legally married in a registry office or even a buddha one..? Siam legal say its 400bt per page for whatever pages they are...? Cheers

October 11, 201015 yr Both parties must obtain Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage from there respective Embassy as first step and for Philippines the charge for that is 1,250 baht. But not sure of any additional costs for supporting paperwork as they do not detail procedures on website. Then they must both be translated into Thai at a registered translation service and recorded at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This will likely be several thousand baht each. Then you would have to register marriage at a District Office. Official cost is very little but often lunch money is provided those who help as witness or translation.
October 11, 201015 yr Author cool, wow translation expensive huh. Im guessing the certicate of legal capacity is the afferdavid...? Ill pass it on, cheers guys :-)
