Selling Goods On Ebay

Featured Replies

What in your opinion are good items to either bring back to your home county and sell on either ebay or just to people.

Also what could be a good item(s) to sell in Thailand if that is where you are based?

I thought of things like Buffalow horns and somethimes you see those pictures with dead insects in (Spider, butterfly, Scorpion) But I don't want to be selling anything that is considered endangered.

But what comes to mind for all of you?

Thanks!

YOU COULD GO FOR CD'S DVD,S, WATCHES, CLOTHES, BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE POSTAL SERVICE IN THAILAND IS CRAP TAKES TO LONG

The smile of thai people.

(if possible...)

You wont make much money on those items unless they are counterfeit, and then you wont last long on ebay.

I think hes after legal goods for making money on ebay.

Those rechargeable battery powered electric fly swatters that look like tennnis rackets.

OOPS, forgot...you'll probably have to sell a power converter with each one since the electricity is different in the US.

cut price bike and car parts ? but the mail service is too unreliable and theft ridden .

lemon grass ? kra ? small size condoms ?

The insects you mention is already flooded by Thai's selling them for £1.99, cheaper then you can buy at the market.

Fake stuff is good but you'll get kicked eventually.

Send items registered post and you won't have probs, apart from the time scale, sometimes they can be quick, less than 7 days but mostly about 21 days.

PC components are good if you know what your buying and you can get a decent supplier at trade price.

Be carefull with Paypal, they'll sting you!

Would ebay allow soiled panties? They'd be cheap to buy (30-50baht?). Get wife or GF to wear them for x days. Next to no weight when sent in a strong envelope. Little chance of postal theft cos might be mistaken for hanky or cloth sample. Sell panties for 2,000 baht (?) each. :o

Gems Gems Gems!

The world's most concentrated form of wealth is ultra small and lightweight, easy to transport or ship, will keep its value with inflation, and when the fiat currencies turn into toilet paper, the ones with the gems and gold shall inherit the earth or at least buy it up at a vast discount.

On Ebay,thaigems.com is the biggest seller and there is awesomegems, gemorbit,

indochinagems, thaiambergems, asiagems, gemsdeluxe.Have bought dozens of gemstones from most of them.Thailand is the gemstone and jewelry export capital

and stick with the big 4-diamonds,rubies,emeralds,sapphires.Tanzanites are even rarer than those and only come from 1 village in northern Tanzania, and are the gems getting the most attention and bids on Ebay.Almost a quarter of my gemstones are tanzanites.

Long ago Ebay banned those "all bodily fluids" category. But still there are sellers who try to get around it by putting in their auction descriptions things like "lightly washed" and "ziplocked sealed delivery".Used sexy women's shoes with pictures of them being worn get high bids from all the shoe freaks.
