‘Philanderer’ loses penis

KHON KAEN: -- The 53-year-old wife of a 35-year-old man chopped his penis off early yesterday morning after he allegedly asked her to make love to him for the last time before he left her for another woman.

Surgeons at Khon Kaen University’s Srinakharin Hospital reattached Udom Phorit’s penis, but said there was only a 50-50 chance it would function properly.

After chopping off Udom’s penis at around 3am, Saithong Wantha asked neighbours to take him to hospital, while she turned herself in to Kosum Pisai police.

The neighbours called Udom’s sister, Boonsong Ansanghan, 39, who drove him to the district hospital, but not before a lengthy search for the severed organ. They had to call Saithong on her mobile phone and she told them she had tossed it behind the fence in the front yard.

Nearly two hours went by before surgeons could operate.

Saithong told police she cut off Udom’s penis in a fit of rage because he was leaving her. She hoped he would stop philandering and stay with her if he could no longer function sexually. “I love him and I don’t want him to leave,” Saithong said.

The more often it happens, the more acceptable behaviour it will seem to others... Low, low, low.

Apart from fighting corruption and human trafficking, better education for the masses, more opprtunities for the poor to start businesses iof their own and become self-reliant, and creating economically viable alternatives to prostitution, I think the government and any NGO's with spare funds should sponsor Anger Management classes...

I agree with you.

However, he could have just done what he was suppose to have done and been an honorable man by keeping his vows, loving his wife and keeping little John in the playpen.

I assume you mean he could have taken the matter into his own hands to get a good grip of the situation...? :o

I can't bear to even think about how to vote...

I can't even bear to think about searching for a lopped off willy.

Gazza; Hey Somchai! Over here. I've found it. Pick it up.

Somchai; Yuk! No way. You pick it up.

Gazza; I'm not picking it up. I can't stand to look at another guys healthy one let alone one that's been hacked off.

Somchai; You pick it up, you saw it first.

Gazza; errrr....never mind. It's just errrmmm...[cough] a mushroom that's been trodden on. Come on, let's get out of here. I hate walking around in bushes in the dark.

Will the wife/ gf be convicted for this 'crime' by the law?

I guess he's lucky the family dog wasn't around at the time waiting for scaps from the kitchen window.

On the other hand, It probably wouldn't have mattered not finding it, as it seems there are plenty of donors around, there's a doctor in a bangkok clinic that specialises in removing them and he seems to be very busy, he might even have done well out of a replacement.

Are you trying to find out so you can take care of someone who's done you wrong? :D

Nope, absolutely not :o:D

Just wondering if there are any implications at all in Thailand if you chop off someone else's little brother in a fit of rage. Back home the chopper goes to jail if the choppee pressed charges.

Wow this guy has some ego. "Darling I'm leaving you for another woman, now how about a quicky to celebrate the event?"

it reminds me of a story about a Japanese businessman about a year ago - went to his mistresses apartment [which he was paying for, of course] at lunch time to tell her he's hired a new "secretary" and she would have to be out of the place by the next day.

Then he asked her for oral sex - - "and was surprised" when she bit it off...

It's an interesting phenomenon, and even the response on this board is kinda curious. The guys all do a sharp intake of breath in sympathy, and then have a bit of a giggle about it. It's almost as if we feel he had it coming to him.

I agree with an earlier poster. This is starting to become part of accepted behaviour. Sexual violence against women is rightly abhorred. Violence against men - well, they're only men, arent they and it's always easy to find a justification for it.

It's time the courts put some of these women away for a very long time.

All charges have been dropped as the Chief Prosecuter is certain the evidence will not stand up in court.
