A friend of mine just got a 1 year non immigrant type o in Kota Bahru as he is 49 and will be 50 in 4 months!!

5,500 baht! NO monmey in bank asked for or anything.

Drop off at KL Embassy was 9.30 - 11.30am, collection 2.30 - 4.30 pm. next day. Very important to look at Thai holidays even for KL, look on website. Think you will need kor ror 2 and kor ror3 marriage proof. I did.

*Very* good advice, I was about to go 2nd week of December. I knew the 6th is a Thai holiday, but what I didn't know is that the 7th is a Malay holiday! Would have just lost my return flight on AirAsia...
