I'm completely ignorant unfortunately towards anythign to do with them but may have to use one soon enough so any help at all will be much appreciated.

1 ) Any idea of where to get one from ??

2 ) Any Bank preference with regards to linking it up & any advice on how easy/not easy it is to do & what is needed to do it ??

Prices range per software/hardware and volume depending on the firm. It can cost about THB 115,000 but you don't need to link it to a bank. If you are referring to credit card swipe machines, these can be obtained from the bank where you have your corporate bank account set up. Basic requirements includes your company affidavit and list of shareholders updated within 1 month and a corporate minutes of meeting request for the bank.
