Easiest Way Out Of Bkk , Going To Khon Kaen

Featured Replies

i got lost the other day trying to get out of bkk going to hau hin, tomorrow we go home to khon kaen so im wondering can anyone direct me to the nearest exit from pratunam, i noticed today whilst driving up sukumvit at near nana there is an exit ( pay toll ) for rama IV can i take that one and get to north bangkok and on to sara buri ? bangkok is one fkin nightmare to drive in and asking directions from taxi drivers is a no-no, so hopefully i will get a few answers here then check in morning before we set off.

ps checked google maps but it doesnt give areas in bkk which we can exit , just major roads out. just bought a two year old mitsu triton last week and am regretting it allready as i wont i have found to my cost get the pleasure of driving it whilst in bkk :ermm:

thanks in advance.

You don't want to be going to Rama IV, that is South, you want to go the other way. Look for the sign for Din Daeng, Don Muang, and highway sign 31. After the toll way passes Don Muang it becomes Highway 1 which will take you North to Saraburi.

You are posting in a GPS forum. Hint, Hint. 4900 baht for a more than adequate GPS navigator complete with Thailand Street Map.

Have you considered trying the directions from to function of Google Maps?
