Employer Will Not Pay Me 2 Months Wages Or Severance

Featured Replies

Are there any threads covering what I do and the process? Didn't get paid final 2 months of my job then got notice I was terminated as of Sept. 30th. Worked there for 2 years so I think I get 3 months of severance also.

Complain to the labour office. They will act on your behalf and talk with the employer, if necesarry they will even go to court for you.

You should also be eligible for interest on the monies not paid, as long as you have a contract, all legal and its as you say it is, the Thai Labour Court would love this, as its an open and shut case.
