October 24, 201015 yr Yes Hemaraj a .SETI company did this for us - ALL funds transfered came from a Farang (UK) joint account. The Chanott ti din is in our joint names fully verified by Bangkok Bank's head office. This was necessary as we opened an a type 53 account (visa on arrival/Tourist Visa account) with them. That account was subsequently upgraded for internet access - Almost unheard of from Bangkok Bank.
October 25, 201015 yr My wife and I have a condo registered in joint names. I needed to provide the land title office with a TT3 form as evidence that I remitted the purchase monies as foreign ccy from o/seas.
