Is it possible to register a condo with the Land Registration Department as the joint property of two persons, eg husband and wife? I mean genuine joint ownership, not just one name as owner on the title deed and the other name recorded as having the right to also live in the condo.

Yes Hemaraj a .SETI company did this for us - ALL funds transfered came from a Farang (UK) joint account. The Chanott ti din is in our joint names fully verified by Bangkok Bank's head office. This was necessary as we opened an a type 53 account (visa on arrival/Tourist Visa account) with them. That account was subsequently upgraded for internet access - Almost unheard of from Bangkok Bank.
