Guest IT Manager Posted December 4, 2003 Share Posted December 4, 2003 If you go to the nearest Customs Department Office, they have a big blue book. Take a Thai speaker if you don't. Take the name of the item, the manufacturer and the use, and ask the customs department people to look it up. If it is unavailable in Thailand it will be low.
