Just in case you are in the same situation as me..... Received the SMS and emails to say that on July 1st I would received a user id/password email. Nothing. Contacted the help desk via the KOL website - 'contact us'. They said to call 1572. (Then press 2 then 4 then 3.) Called 1572, they answered quite quickly, and after a discussion, a wait, and another discussion, she said to go to my local branch and ask them. She then added, if they do not know what to do, tell them to call us and we will tell them??? The help desk also explained that I did not have my personal account moved to a Biz account on 1st July because I am over 70 years old!!! Soooo I trotted off to my local branch. After the usual one hour wait, I was called to the counter. I explained the situation. Lots of questions back and forth and the girl eventually said - call head office. I explained that head office said that you might say that and that you should call them and they will explain the solution to you. She called head office. The result....... I can use the existing KOL personal website until 30th September. I will then receive a user name/password on the 1st October for the Biz online website.. Maybe. (I will still be over 70 years old ) -

Would you send your kids to harvard?
Not for me. I worked very few years but figured out quickly I could separate myself easily by working harder from my piers. Within months usually the separation was obvious to others and money came next. Also, very lucky along the way and it could have gone pear shaped a couple times. I was hot headed back then. I never liked working easy nor hard. Figured make just enough to retire and get out. -

Would you send your kids to harvard?
You presented a nonsensical statement referencing "earners". To show that your statement was without standing, I provided data that shows that people of limited financial means are not stopped from attending Harvard because they do not have means to pay for the costs of the education. This proves that your attempt to link earners and admission to Harvard, was unfounded. You then replied that I had not read your statement , and now you write that Harvard must be embarrassed because of the "very very low income enrollment" (sic). On the contrary, Harvard has an excellent and well regarded position on low income students. They get a full ride education. Moderate income students have their tuition covered, and can apply for additional aid. This is better than other educational institutions. There is praise and admiration, not embarrassment.
