Checked currency rate 28 October before flying into Bangkok: Euro 40.80 Thai baht.

Landed 29 October at 07.00 and needed a few baht, any airport exchange counter showed Euro 39.51 Thai baht.

Checked currency rate again later that day: 29 Oct time 08.11 Euro 41.0375 THB

Thus at the airport you get at least 1.3 baht less for every Euro, 1300 THB on 1k euro, be warned :ermm:

And at Super Rich you get a better rate, I couldn't bother going into town, took a connecting flight.

Oups, can't edit typo error in header...

Never ,Never exchange money at an airport they normally have the worst exchange rates going. If need be only exchange as little to get you in to town.

exchange rates at Suvannabhumi were the same as in town until about one year or so. now it worsened. just check how much difference between buying and selling. it used to be 2,5 - 3% for the main currencies (and it still is like that in downtown BKK), now it is 5%. so, better change just a small amount in case you don't have any cash, and then change again once u reached downtown (or even better, withdraw money from a AEON-ATM, for example - the one located tourist-friendly at Silom Center, near BOOKAZINE around the corner).
